IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Strict delivery guidelines. Ensure all 8 requirements are followed to prevent order delays or failures.
JOIN PUBLIC GUILD
Make sure you are in a public guild before placing order.
Supply bots require open guild access to execute immediate delivery without waiting for join approval.
MAKE SURE THERE IS 3–4 SPACE
Ensure there is 3 to 4 open space beside your castle.
Supply accounts need free adjacent land tiles to port right beside you for rapid delivery.
ENTER DETAILS CORRECT
Double check all details before placing order.
Confirm your Kingdom Number (K:xxx), X & Y map coordinates, guild tag, and castle name.
IF YOUR NAME HAS SPACE, ENTER EXACTLY AS IT IS
Crucial RuleDo not add or remove anything. Copy name exact and paste it.
WAIT 5–10 MINUTES AFTER PLACING ORDER
If it doesn't start, please contact your Dealer.
Automated bots initiate delivery within 5 to 10 minutes from order placement.
IN CASE YOU ENTER WRONG DETAILS, ORDER WILL BE FAILED
Bot checks will automatically fail if credentials or coordinates do not match.
Failed orders delay delivery. Always verify details prior to submitting.
WRONG KINGDOM POLICY: THERE WILL BE NO COMPENSATION
No CompensationIf you enter wrong kingdom and accounts ported to wrong kingdom, then you've to pay for the mistake.
Porting supply accounts consumes valuable migration resources. Mistakes cannot be compensated.
SERVER ERROR OR BOT FAILED? WE WILL FIX IT MANUALLY
In case of server error or bot failed to complete order, please contact dealer.
Our team will step in promptly and fulfill your delivery manually with full priority.
DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE PLACING ORDER
Always verify your target Kingdom Number, castle coordinates, and name spacing prior to placing your order. Once supply bots port, migration and transport costs cannot be reversed.
